3. Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. Orders are processed and shipped within 2–5 business days via USPS or UPS.
Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances. KFT is not liable for any delays, loss, or damage once the package has been handed to the carrier.

4. Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging for a return.

  • Defective items may be exchanged for the same item within 14 days of delivery.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an incorrect product was sent.
