Return & Exchange Policy

At KFT, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.

  • Defective or damaged items may be exchanged for the same product within 14 days.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an incorrect product was sent.


How to Start a Return or Exchange

To begin a return or exchange, please email us at kftliondance.com with the following:

  • Your order number and reason for return or exchange.

  • A photo of the defective item (if applicable).

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

Our team will respond within a few business days with next steps and return instructions.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference.

Refunds are processed securely through Shopify’s payment portal. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the transaction.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items, such as specialty items, limited-edition merchandise, or clearance items, are non-returnable unless defective or damaged upon arrival.


Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at kftliondance.com with your order details and a photo of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or exchange at no additional cost.
