Lion Costume Purchase Policy

Shipping & Delivery

Our lion costumes are carefully packed and shipped directly from our warehouse in San Jose, California. Each lion head comes in a box approximately 32 x 27 x 27 inches and can weigh up to 25 lbs.

We currently ship only within the 48 mainland U.S. states (we are unable to ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or international addresses at this time).

Due to the size and weight of these packages, shipping may take longer than standard orders. Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery after your order has shipped. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your shipment is on its way.

Quality & Packaging

We source our lion heads from skilled makers across Asia, primarily China, to ensure authentic craftsmanship and performance quality. Each lion is inspected before shipping and packaged securely to minimize movement and prevent damage.

However, due to the fragile nature of lion heads and the size of the boxes, minor cosmetic damage such as small cracks or paint chips may occasionally occur during transit.

Return Policy for Lion Costumes

Because of the high shipping cost and fragile nature of these items, we do not accept returns or exchanges on lion costumes. All sales are final once shipped.

We do our best to ensure every order is handled with care, but KFT is not responsible for damages caused during transit.

Customer Assurance & Support

We understand that purchasing a lion head is a big investment, and we want you to feel confident in your order. To help mitigate risks:

  • We thoroughly inspect every lion before shipment.

  • We photograph and document the condition of your lion before it leaves our warehouse.

  • If your lion arrives with noticeable damage, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll do our best to offer a partial refund or discount depending on the severity of the damage.

  • We also recommend purchasing shipping insurance at checkout (we can provide this as an add-on option) to cover any significant damage during transit.
